| 近年来，我国退伍复学大学生规模呈现持续增长态势，其校园再适应问题的研究价值日益凸显。研究以自我决定理论为基础，重点考察该理论框架在退伍复学大学生学业与生活适应过程中的作用机制。研究采用案例研究方法，对东部地区某高校退伍复学大学生群体开展系统的质性分析。结果表明，该群体内在动机的培育与发展对其再适应过程具有显著促进作用，具体表现为：当个体能够实现自我决定时，将有效提升其大学环境适应能力。文章为高校教育管理工作提供了具有针对性的实践指导建议。 |
| Abstract: |
| In recent years，China is seeing more and more veteran college students，and it is increasingly important to explore how to help them to quickly re-adapt to college study and life. The study，grounded in Self-Determination Theory，focuses on examining the operational mechanisms of this theoretical framework in facilitating academic and life adaptation processes among veteran college students. Using a case study，this research conducts a systematic qualitative analysis of veteran college students at a higher education institution in eastern China. Results demonstrate that fostering and developing intrinsic motivation significantly facilitates the readaptation process in this population. Specifically，when individuals achieve self-determination，it effectively enhances their adaptability to the university environment. This article offers targeted practical recommendations for the educational administration of higher education institutions. |
