| 文章基于作者所受钱学森先生的三次教诲，从独特的视角论述了钱学森关于人才培养的思想与实践：卓越地融合了中国优秀的教育传统与西方人才培养的有效方法，归国后又系统深入地学习了马克思主义的思想方法，参与了中国科学技术大学与国防科技大学的创建工作。钱学森长期的一线人才培养经验，使其成为中国杰出的教育家之一。钱学森人才培养实践的三种具体方式，也值得当代中国科学家们学习和借鉴：一是结合自身经验的普适性成才演讲；二是针对个体具体情况的通信指导；三是针对高素质研究生知识结构提出的创新性见解。 |
| Abstract: |
| Based on three personal lessons from Mr. Qian Xuesen，this article discusses his ideas and practices in talent cultivation from a unique perspective. He masterfully blended the finest Chinese educational traditions with effective Western methods of talent development. After returning to China，he systematically and deeply studied Marxist methodology and participated in the founding of the University of Science and Technology of China and the National University of Defense Technology. His extensive first-hand experience in cultivating talents made him one of China’s outstanding educators. Mr. Qian’s three specific approaches to talent cultivation are also worthy of study and reference by contemporary Chinese scientists：first，delivering universal speeches on personal growth based on his own experience；second，providing personalized guidance through correspondence；and third，proposing innovative insights into the knowledge structure of high-quality graduate students. |
