      在当今科技创新驱动发展的时代,军校博士研究生的科技领导力对国防和军队现代化建设至关重要。但是,当前针对其进行测量的工具却很匮乏,传统方法适用性差。研究基于现有模型,参考国内外研究成果,采用专家访谈法编制形成30个题项的初步量表,运用整群随机抽样法选取某军校部分博士研究生开展预调研,借助SPSS25软件进行项目分析、因子分析、效度分析和信度检测后,最终确定量表为27个题项,信效度良好。科技领导力量表可为军校博士研究生科技领导力的测量和培养提供依据与支撑。
Abstract:
      In the era of innovation-driven technological development,the scientific and technological leadership of doctoral students in military academies is pivotal to the modernization of national defense and the armed forces. However,existing measurement tools for assessing such leadership remain scarce,and traditional methodologies demonstrate limited applicability. This study,grounded in established theoretical frameworks and informed by domestic and international research,developed a preliminary 30-item scale through expert interviews. A cluster randomized sampling method was employed to select doctoral students from a military academy for a pilot survey. Subsequent analyses using SPSS 25 software—including item analysis,factor analysis,validity analysis,and reliability testing—yielded a refined 27-item scale with robust reliability and validity. This scale provides a theoretical foundation and practical support for measuring and cultivating the scientific and technological leadership of doctoral students in military academies.
