| 军队院校调整改革后,新一轮教学评价数据采集工作也全面展开。这项工作的实施既为军委机关相关部门决策提供了数据支撑,也为院校自身摸清建设底数、开展自我评估、提升教学管理水平提供了科学依据。研究分析了数据采集分析与管理实践中存在的主要问题,如数据采集系统中分析功能割裂使用导致效用低下、组织领导和管理机制不够健全等。针对这些问题,提出了优化数据采集分析平台与管理的具体对策,包括加强数据采集系统与分析系统融合发展、建立数据采集“激励引导+问责约束”的制度机制、完善数据建设的组织领导工作等,以期为有效助力军队院校的教学评价数据采集分析工作提供参考借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| After the adjustment and reform of military academies,a new round of data collection for teaching evaluation has also been fully launched. The implementation of this work has provided not only data support for the decision-making of relevant departments of the Military Commission,but also a scientific basis for military academies to understand their own construction foundation,conduct self-evaluation,and improve their teaching management level. The study analyzed the main problems in data collection,analysis,and management practices,such as low utility caused by fragmented use of analysis functions in data collection systems,and inadequate organizational leadership and management mechanisms. Specific measures have been proposed to optimize the data collection and analysis platform and management in response to these issues,including strengthening the integration and development of data collection and analysis systems,establishing a system mechanism of“incentive guidance plus accountability constraints”for data collection,and improving the organizational leadership work of data construction,in order to provide reference and guidance for effectively assisting the teaching evaluation data collection and analysis work of military academies. |
