| 自21世纪反恐作战以来，美军就特别重视特种作战部队的语言文化能力建设。研究在分析和总结美军的有关研究报告和历史经验基础上，介绍了美军特种作战的重要机构与指挥机关，探讨了美军特种作战语言文化能力的主要内涵与组成，并重点介绍了美军在培养特种作战语言文化能力方面的举措，总结了美军语言文化能力培养的经验和教训。由此得出重要启示，以期为军队特战队员的语言文化能力培养和建设提供参考和借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| Since the war of counter-terrorism in the new century，the US armed forces have been strengthening the construction of the language and cultural capability for the Special Operations Forces（SOF）. Based upon the analysis and summary of relevant research reports and historical experiences of the US armed forces，the study，firstly，introduces the major organizations and commanding institutions of US SOF. Next，it clarifies the major contents and components of language and cultural capability of the US SOF. Then，it focuses upon the major measures taken by the US to cultivate the language and cultural capability for the SOF paralleled with a discussion of the experience and lesson learned. Finally，the revelation from the US experience is presented. This paper will be helpful for the training and construction of language and cultural capability for SOF. |
