| 党的二十届三中全会明确指出，要优化高等教育布局，加快建设中国特色、世界一流的大学和优势学科。火箭军工程大学作为一所军种工程大学，应抓住高等教育的发展机遇，紧紧围绕人才培养、学科建设和师资队伍建设主要任务，牢固树立向战为战理念、一流学科建设理念以及教研协同建设理念，在教学改革、学科实力、师资培养三方面采取有力措施，推动军种工程大学办学育人高质量发展。 |
| Abstract: |
| The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China（CPC）explicitly stated the need to optimize the layout of higher education and accelerate the construction of world-class universities and dominant disciplines with Chinese characteristics. As a service-specific engineering university，Rocket Force University of Engineering should seize the opportunity of higher education development. Focusing on the main tasks of talent cultivation，disciplines construction and faculty team building，we need to establish the construction concept of being firmly battle-oriented，building first-class disciplines，and promoting teaching-research coordination. By taking effective measures in three aspects—teaching reform，discipline strength enhancement，and faculty development—high-quality development of education and talent cultivation will be promoted in the service-specific engineering universities. |
