| 随着高校扩大办学规模和优化办学空间布局，异地办学模式应运而生，但异地校区相距较远给高校办学在课程资源共享与协同建设方面带来了阻碍。文章首先分析了国内外异地办学高校的现状，探讨了不同校区的分布类型及其对课程协同的需求差异，进而分析了校区间课程不协同导致的资源分散、标准不一、交流受限、管理不畅和信息化支撑不足等问题。基于以上分析，研究采用Ansell和Gash的协同治理理论框架，从起始条件优化、制度设计完善、协同过程深化和领导组织协调四个维度构建跨校区课程共建的整体建设方案。研究结果表明，协同治理理念与信息技术的融合应用为解决跨校区课程建设中的诸多问题提供了有效路径，该建设方案有助于构建资源共享、标准统一、交流顺畅、管理高效的跨校区教学生态系统。 |
| Abstract: |
| With the expansion of higher education and optimization of educational spatial layout，multi-campus university models have emerged. However，physical distance between campuses creates barriers to curriculum resource sharing and collaborative development. This study first analyzes current research status of multi-campus universities at home and abroad，then examines campus distribution patterns and their varying needs for curriculum coordination，and further explores five major problems caused by insufficient cross-campus curriculum coordination：scattered resources，inconsistent standards，limited communication，inefficient management and inadequate information technology support. Based on Ansell and Gash’s collaborative governance theoretical framework，the research constructs a comprehensive solution from four dimensions：optimizing initial conditions，improving institutional design，deepening collaborative processes，and strengthening leadership coordination. The research demonstrates that integrating collaborative governance concepts with information technology provides an effective pathway to address numerous issues in cross-campus curriculum construction，helping to establish an educational ecosystem with shared resources，unified standards，smooth communication，and efficient management across campuses. |
