      AI技术的赋能将为军事教育发展带来重大影响。它在知识传递、实践训练、能力评估等核心环节的深度应用,一方面可以重构教学流程、凸显工具理性效能,另一方面也会引发多维度的矛盾。文章以马克思主义原理为核心分析工具,剖析其中的深层冲突:认识论层面,AI数据归纳的经验逻辑与军事教育理性建构的认知逻辑相对立;方法论层面,AI算法的确定性追求与军事实践的不确定性本质相冲突;价值论层面,AI工具理性的扩张与军事教育价值理性的内核相抗衡。在此基础上,明确军事教育应以“人的主体性”为核心,从教育理念、培养目标、教学模式、课程体系、评价体系等方面确立发展方向,并针对技术风险、能力断层的挑战提出应对策略,旨在实现“技术为人所用、教育以育人为本”的辩证统一。
Abstract:
      The empowerment of AI technology will bring a significant impact on the development of military education. Its in-depth application in knowledge transmission,practical training and competence assessment,on the one hand,it reconstructs the teaching process to highlight the effectiveness of instrumental rationality,on the other hand,it triggers multi-dimensional contradictions. Taking Marxist principles as the core analytical tool,this paper analyzes the in-depth conflicts:at the epistemological level,the empirical logic of AI’s“data induction”is opposed to the cognitive logic of military education’s“rational construction”;at the methodological level,the persuit of AI’s“algorithmic certainty”conflicts with the essential“uncertainty”of military practice;at the axiological level,the expansion of“instrumental rationality”is unbalanced with the core of military education’s“value rationality”. On this basis,the paper clarifies that military education should take“human subjectivity”as the core,and define the development direction from the aspects of educational philosophy,training objectives,teaching models,curriculum systems and evaluation systems,and put forward countermeasures for the challenges of technical risks and competence gap,aiming to realize the unity of“technology serving humans and education centering on talent cultivation”.
