      为了提高数字化、软件化背景下军队院校雷达工程专业人才综合能力的培养质效,提高学员第一岗位任职能力,研究分析了当前雷达工程专业人才综合能力培养面临的挑战及存在的具体问题,并通过构建人才综合能力模型提出了相应的解决措施,包括优化课程体系、重构教学内容、优化实验实践科目、完善教学条件、创新教学模式等。结果表明,实施以上措施可有效提高学员对雷达基本原理的理解能力以及对具体装备的认知能力,从而提升其对不同雷达装备的维护保障能力及作战指挥能力。
Abstract:
      To improve the quality and effectiveness of comprehensive ability cultivation of radar engineering professionals under the background of digitalization and software-defined transformation,and improve students’competencies for the first position,the challenges and specific problems of comprehensive ability cultivation of radar engineering professionals are analyzed in this paper. By constructing the competence model of radar engineering talents,corresponding solutions are put forward,including optimizing the curriculum system,restructuring the teaching content,optimizing the experimental and practical subjects,improving teaching conditions,and innovating teaching mode. Results show that the above measures can effectively enhance the students’understanding of the basic principles of radar and cognitive ability to specific radar equipment,thus enhancing their maintenance and support ability and operational ability.
