| 研究通过剖析智能化战争对军事人才培养及考核带来的颠覆性挑战,揭示了当前军队院校考核模式在评估智能化战争所需核心能力方面存在的不足。同时,基于军事认识论、认知科学及能力本位理论,提出构建旨在塑造学员认知优势和作战适应力的“融评促战”考核生态系统。通过对某指挥管理类专业任职课程考核改革初步实践的反思性分析,验证了该系统在提升学员学习主动性、规范评估过程、减少学术不端等方面的潜在价值。同时,也清晰揭示了该系统在塑造学员认知优势和作战适应力等高阶能力方面存在的不足,并指明了未来深化改革的方向,以期为军队院校构建面向未来战场的、能够有效驱动高阶认知能力和持续学习能力生成的考核新范式提供理论框架与实践路径。 |
| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the disruptive challenges posed by intelligent warfare to military talent cultivation and assessment,revealing the structural deficiencies of the current assessment models in military academies in evaluating the core competencies required for intelligent warfare. Grounded in military epistemology,cognitive science,and competency-based theory,it proposes the construction of an“Assessment-Learning-Warfighting Integration(ALWI)”assessment ecosystem,designed to cultivate cadets’cognitive superiority and capability of drawing lossons from war. A reflective analysis of preliminary reforms implemented in the assessment of a specific command and management professional duty course demonstrates the potential value of this system in enhancing cadets’learning initiative,standardizing the assessment process,and reducing academic misconduct. Meanwhile,the analysis also clearly reveals shortcomings in fostering higher-order competencies such as cognitive superiority and capability of drawing lossons from war,and identifies directions for future in-depth reforms. The study aims to provide a theoretical framework and practical pathway for military academies to construct a new assessment paradigm oriented towards future battlefields,one that effectively drives the development of higher-order cognitive abilities and continuous learning capacities. |
