      新工科教育通过学科交叉重构、全链条培养与实践创新的深度融合,培育具备跨学科知识整合能力与复杂工程问题解决能力的创新型工程科技人才。为满足大气探测高素质复合型人才培养的迫切需求,文章以学生能力生成、知识构建、立德树人为目标,提出了本科、任职培训和研究生课程多层次为一体的大气探测课程群建设思路,设计了差异化的一体化课程体系,重构了层次鲜明、互为支撑的大气探测课程内容,并构建了以工程实践为导向的多层次一体化实践教学资源。实践表明,课程群有力支撑了学生在多层次培养中的综合素质和创新能力的提升。
Abstract:
      Under the emerging engineering education framework,through the deep integration of interdisciplinary restructuring,comprehensive training,and practical innovation,the innovative engineering and technological talents equipped with interdisciplinary knowledge integration capabilities and complex engineering problem-solving skills can be cultivated. To meet the urgent demand for high-quality interdisciplinary talent cultivation in atmospheric sounding,centered on fostering student competency generation,knowledge building,and moral development,a multi-level integrated course group development approach encompassing undergraduate,vocational training,and graduate education was proposed. A differentiated integrated curriculum course system was designed,and the content of atmospheric sounding courses were restructured with distinct levels and mutual support. A multi-level integrated practice teaching resource centered on engineering practice was established. The practice demonstrated that it can effectively support the enhancement of students’comprehensive quality and innovative capabilities at multiple levels.
