      为破解课程思政实施过程中的“碎片化”与“重复性”问题,推动课程思政从“大水漫灌”向“精准滴灌”转型,文章首先使用“理论构建—实证检验—迭代优化”的闭环方法,解析并构建了包含9种核心能力的生长军官职业能力模型,明确了思维、角色、态度三类隐性要素是能力生成的内在支撑。其次,创新性地提出将这些隐性要素的培育次序与达标层级作为课程思政的目标主线,系统设计了“分类汇总—分析梳理—分期规划—体系构建”的四步体系建设路径。最后,以武器发射工程专业为例进行实践验证,将思政目标分层、分阶段精准融入各类课程模块,绘制出“课程思政地图”,形成了协同育人的良性教学生态。这为军队院校提供了一套可操作的课程思政体系构建方法与实施策略,对深化“三全育人”改革、提升军事人才自主培养质量具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。
Abstract:
      To address the challenges of“fragmentation”and“redundancy”in the construction of ideological and political education in courses,and to promote its transformation from a“flooding-irrigation-style”to a“precision-drip-irrigation-style”,this study employs a closed-loop methodology of“theoretical construction-empirical testing-iterative optimization”to deconstruct and build a professional competence model for growing officers,encompassing nine core competencies. It clarifies that the three types of implicit elements—thinking patterns,role identity,and professional attitudes—serve as the internal supporting for capability development. Furthermore,it innovatively proposes sequencing the cultivation of these implicit elements and establishing achievement levels as the main thread for ideological and political education objectives. The study systematically designs a four-step system construction path:“categorization and aggregation,analysis and systematization,phased planning,and systematic construction.”Finally,practical validation is conducted using the Weapons Launch Engineering specialty as an example. This involves layering and phasing the integration of ideological and political goals into various course modules,creating an“ideological and political education curriculum map”,and fostering a synergistic educational ecosystem. This research provides military academies with a set of feasible methods and implementation strategies for constructing an ideological and political education system,offering significant theoretical value and practical importance for deepening the“Three-Aspects Education”reform and enhancing the autonomous cultivation quality of military talent.
