| 针对信息通信指挥课程传统教学模式学员被动接受、思维培塑不足等问题,引入5E启发探究式教学模式,以提升学员指挥决策思维和实战能力,契合网络信息体系演变对指挥员素养的更高要求。文章结合指挥能力生成规律及信息通信指挥课程特点,构建了“课程+课堂”双链5E教学框架,以“任务链”为牵引实施情境创设、协作探究、概念解释、实战迁移和多元评价。同时,结合课程实施5E教学的难点,提出了教员角色转变、学员适应性指导、内容选择优化、实战情境设计及综合能力评估等策略。对比实验结果显示,5E教学模式可显著提升课程教学质效,学员课堂参与度、作战指挥素养和辩证批判思维提升明显。 |
| Abstract: |
| To address issues such as insufficient initiative and inadequate thinking cultivation among students in information and communication command courses,this study introduces the 5E inquiry-based teaching model to enhance students’planning,decision-making,and practical command capabilities,aligning with the demands of the evolution of the network information system for command personnel. By integrating the laws of command capability development with the characteristics of the information and communication command course,a dual-chain 5E teaching framework“course + classroom”is constructed. This framework employs a“task chain”as the driving force to implement situational creation,collaborative inquiry,conceptual explanation,practical transfer,and multi-dimensional assessment. In response to challenges in implementing the 5E model,strategies are proposed,including teacher role transformation,student adaptability guidance,optimized content selection,realistic scenario design,and comprehensive competency evaluation. The comparative experiment demonstrates that the 5E teaching model significantly improved teaching quality and effectiveness and significantly improved student engagement,practical command competence,and critical thinking skills. |
