      在智能化战争背景下,精通算法的工程技术人才成为作战能力生成的关键支撑,而算法课程则是此类军事人才培养体系的核心环节。长期以来,军校工科专业算法课程教学普遍存在“战”与“教”衔接不紧密的问题,导致学员运用算法解决实际作战问题的能力培养与实战化军事需求之间存在适配差距。为此,文章首先系统剖析了战教融合理念对军校工科专业算法课程教学提出的系统性要求,继而以“现代优化算法”课程为实践载体,设计了一套基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的课程体系改革总体方案。在此基础上,进一步构建了“精理论-强支撑”的教学内容重构路径、“项目贯穿式”教学实施模式以及覆盖能力维度的多维立体考核体系。研究表明,该改革方案对激发学员学习内驱力、强化其运用现代优化算法解决军事工程优化问题的核心能力具有重要指导价值,可为军校同类课程的战教融合改革提供参考范式。
Abstract:
      Against the backdrop of intelligent warfare,engineering and technical talents proficient in algorithms have become a key underpinning for the generation of combat capabilities,while algorithm-related courses constitute a core component of the training system for such military talents. For a long time,the teaching system of algorithm courses in engineering majors of military academies has generally suffered from insufficient integration between“combat-oriented needs”and“teaching practice”. This issue has led to a mismatch between the cultivation of students’ability to apply algorithms to solve practical combat problems and the demands of combat-oriented military operations. To address this challenge,this paper first conducts a systematic analysis of the systematic requirements imposed by the concept of integrating combat needs with teaching practice on the teaching of algorithm courses in engineering majors of military academies. Subsequently,taking the course“Modern Optimization Algorithms”as a practical carrier,it designs a comprehensive curriculum reform plan based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept. On this basis,the paper further develops three key components:a teaching content reconstruction path characterized by“solidifying theories and strengthening practical support”,a“project-integrated”teaching implementation model,and a multi-dimensional assessment system covering various competency dimensions. Research findings indicate that this reform plan plays a significant guiding role in stimulating students’intrinsic motivation for learning and enhancing their core ability to apply modern optimization algorithms to solve military engineering optimization problems. It also provides a reference paradigm for the reform of integrating combat needs with teaching practice in similar courses of military academies.
