| 针对目前空天动力方向研究生教育中存在的科研与教学融合不深的挑战,文章基于社会建构主义理论、认知发现学习理论及实践共同体理论,提出了“研究者视角”的科教融合教学方法,构建了“前沿知识转化为教学内容、科研成果转化为教学资源、科研范式转化为高阶实验、创新能力转化为竞赛实物”的四维转化模型。该模型将科研要素有机融入教学环节中,借助学术论坛、仿真工具、高阶实验及创新竞赛等形式,引导学生通过多种方式以研究者身份参与知识建构的过程。在“空间电推进技术”课程的教学实践表明,该教学方法实现了科研与教学的深度融合,显著提升了修课学生的科研思维与创新能力,为研究生教育的科教融合提供了具有可复制性的理论框架与实践经验,具有一定的应用推广价值。 |
| Abstract: |
| A critical challenge in current graduate education of the aerospace propulsion lies in the ineffective integration of research and teaching. Based on theories of social constructivism,cognitive discovery learning,and communities of practice,this paper proposes a research-education integration teaching approach from the researcher’s perspective. It constructs a four-dimensional transformation model composed of transforming cutting-edge knowledge into teaching content,converting research outcomes into teaching resources,translating research paradigms into advanced experiments, and transforming innovation capabilities into competition deliverables. This model integrates research elements into teaching processes through academic forums,simulation tools,advanced experiments,and innovation competitions,guiding students to participate in knowledge construction as researchers through diverse means. Practice in the course In-space Electric Propulsion Technology demonstrates that this teaching method achieves comprehensive coupling of research and teaching,significantly enhances students’research thinking and innovative capabilities,provides a replicable theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the integration of science and education in graduate education,and thus holds certain value for application and promotion. |
