| 研究以模拟训练实践项目为例,针对实践类课程思政教学中存在的思政元素植入生硬、与专业实践脱节等问题,提出“军事需求牵引+仿真技术推动”的思路,阐述如何在依托自研仿真平台构设实践教学环境、设计实践课程知识体系的过程中,贯彻“战训教一体”理念,并将其同步融入思政教学中,为思政元素的有效融入奠定实践基础。然后,基于构建的实践环境,针对思政教学需求,提出“三阶段五步骤”思政教学闭环迭代框架。同时,以该框架为基础对课程知识点与思政教学元素进行关联设计,通过具体的思政教学案例展示知识传授与价值引领的统一。最后,通过筛选学生与专家听课样本,对课程思政教学的整体效果进行了评估。 |
| Abstract: |
| Taking a simulation training practice project as an example,this study addresses common issues in practical courses such as the rigid integration of ideological and political elements and their disconnection from professional practice. It puts forward an approach guided by“military demand traction and driven by simulation technology”,and elaborates on how to implement the concept of“integrating combat,training,and teaching”while building a practical teaching environment based on a self-developed simulation platform and designing the knowledge system of the practical course,thereby laying a practical foundation for the effective incorporation of ideological and political elements. Subsequently,based on the constructed practical teaching environment and in response to the needs of ideological and political education,a“three-stage and five-step”closed-loop iterative teaching framework is proposed. Using this framework,the knowledge points of the course are correlated with ideological and political elements,and specific teaching cases are provided to demonstrate the unity of knowledge delivery and value guidance. Finally,the teaching effectiveness is evaluated and the feedback is gathered through student and expert class observation samples,validating the overall outcomes of the ideological and political education in the course. |
