      文章将分步细训式想定作业教学模式创新应用于气象海洋类课程教学中,针对军事气象海洋保障实践内容,提出了“三步骤、四环节”的分步式细训实施方法。根据不同气象海洋保障任务的规模和层次,对基本课题想定作业和专项课题想定作业分别进行研究,形成了完整的教学设计思路和实施流程。该教学模式有效解决了传统实践教学“训不全、训不深、训不专”的问题,使学员在层层递进、环环相扣的细训深训中,沉浸于真实的气象海洋保障场景,进而学习掌握军事气象海洋保障的具体实施方法。通过教学实践,该方法显著提升了学员的第一岗位任职能力。
Abstract:
      This paper introduces the application of a step-by-step and scenario-based assignment teaching model in the meteorological and oceanographic courses. Focusing on the practical content of meteorological and oceanographic support,a“three-step,four-phase”approach for step-by-step detailed training is proposed. According to the hierarchy and level of different meteorological and oceanographic support tasks,and basic subject scenario assignments and specialized subject scenario assignments are studied separately and a complete teaching design and a implementation process are formed. This teaching model effectively avoids the shortcomings of traditional scenario assignments—such as“incomplete,plain and non-specialized training”. It allows trainees to immerse in realistic meteorological and oceanographic support scenarios through progressively advancing,interconnected,and in-depth training,and then master the specific implementation methods of military meteorological and oceanographic support. The application of this method in course teaching has significantly enhanced students’post readiness for their first assignments.
