      立足新时代军队战斗力建设要求及对新型军事人才军事语言素养的需求,研究基于对本校学员学情现状的剖析,以军事职业“三个面向”岗位职责为导向,论述了开展军事英语教学改革的必要性,并围绕教学改革方向提出了一系列设计构想。同时,以课程设计要素为基石,对包括课程内容“三个融合”设置、教学流程渐进式实施、课程综合评价体系建设等方面的课程教学改革与实践进行了论述,以期为军队院校课程教学改革、提升新型军事人才军事语言素养提供借鉴。
Abstract:
      Based on the requirements of military warfare and the need for the new military talents’language literacy in the new era,this paper,by analyziing the current learning situation of the students in our university,takes the“Three Orientations”post responsibilities of military occupations as the guide,discusses the necessity of carrying out military English teaching reform,and puts forward a series of design concepts around the direction of teaching reform. Building upon the cornerstone of essential course design elements,this paper encompasses the“three integrations”within the course content,the gradual progression of teaching procedures,and a holistic course evaluation framework. The ultimate goal is to develep the English language competency of emerging military talents,offering a valuable reference for teaching reform in military academies.
