      针对现代通信教学中存在的高阶处置能力薄弱、理论滞后于技术发展、思维模式不适应新型对抗形态等现实问题,提出COMM课程改革创新模式。该模式以通信岗位胜任力导向教育为理念框架,设计了“系统视野晋高阶、多域融合谋创新、项目牵引促挑战”的教学策略。通过重构内容资源、优化教学组织、探索多元评价及深度融入课程思政四个维度协同创新,着力解决课堂教学的实际问题,有效达成“精通装备原理、掌握系统特性、保障链路畅通” 的能力目标,并实现全过程融入思政育人。在教学流程上,构建线上线下融合的Message-PASS教学流程,其步骤结构契合信息通信过程内核,实现了技术逻辑与知识传递的有效融合。改革实践后,学员课程考核成绩逐年提升,同时带动了相关课程群的建设,为进一步推动航空通信人才培养改革提供了参考借鉴。
Abstract:
      This study addresses critical challenges in modern communication education,namely weak higher-order problem-solving skills,theoretical knowledge lagging behind technological advancements,and teaching methodologies misaligned with emerging adversarial paradigms. To resolve these issues,a novel COMM course model is proposed. Framed within the Communication Competency-based Education concept,the model incorporates the instructional strategy:“Broaden systemic perspectives to elevate proficiency;Innovate through multi-domain integration;Drive challenge with project traction.” Through synergistic innovations across four dimensions—restructuring Content resources,optimizing teaching Organization,exploring Multifaceted assessment,and Moisturizing curriculum-based ideological and political education —the model effectively tackles classroom teaching challenges. It achieves the defined competency objectives:mastery of equipment principles,proficiency in system characteristics,and capability to ensure link integrity,while ensuring the seamless integration of ideological education throughout the curriculum. Furthermore,an integrated online-offline teaching process termed“Message-PASS”has been created. Its stepwise structure aligns with the core information communication process,effectively bridging technological logic with pedagogical knowledge delivery. Following its implementation,course assessment metrics have demonstrated consistent annual improvement,catalyzed the development of related course clusters,and further propelled reforms in aeronautical communication talent cultivation.
