| 新时代军队院校的育人工作面临转型升级的迫切要求，对此N大学创新提出“以档育人”学员成长档案工程，以学员成长档案建设赋能军队院校育人工作。学员成长档案系统化、全过程记录了学员思想、学习和行为表现等方面的情况，蕴含显著的育人价值，是激励学员成长成才的重要支撑。本文首先界定了学员成长档案的核心概念，继而从学员个体、军队院校教育管理者、部队及用人单位三个维度阐释其育人价值，分析其通过“记录—反思—激励—提升”四个环节实现育人价值的机理。在此基础上，提出“以档育人” 体系的总体架构，并从运行机制、资源体系、应用场景三个层面构建实践路径，以期为军队院校利用档案工作赋能人才培养提供可资借鉴的新模式与新思路。 |
| Abstract: |
| The educational mission of military academies in the new era faces urgent demands for transformation and upgrading. In response，N University has pioneered the Cadet Growth Portfolio Project to enhance educational practices in military academies. These systematic，comprehensive portfolions document students’ideological development，academic performance，and behavioral conduct throughout their academic journey，demonstrating significant educational value and serving as a crucial foundation for fostering personal growth and professional excellence. This paper first defines the core concept of cadet growth portfolios，then examines their educational significance from three perspectives—individual cadets，educational administrators at military academies，and military units as well as employing organizations—and analyzes how they achieve educational objectives through four key phases：“documentation—reflection—motivation—improvement”. Building on this framework，the study proposes an overarching architecture for the portfolio-based education system and outlines implementation pathways across operational mechanisms，resource system and applications scenarios，aiming to provide innovative models and insights for leveraging student portfolios to strengthen talent cultivation in military academies. |
