| 军民协同创新背景下，军医大学无军籍药学本科生的培养应体现与地方高校的差异，在打牢药学专业人才培养基础的同时，凸显军队院校人才培养特色，满足医学科技创新工作的需要。无军籍药学本科生培养现状显示，目前无军籍药学本科生培养的课堂教学、实践教学、行业接触等环节仍然存在不足。研究据此提出开展“三类课堂三级联动” 的培养模式，以提升无军籍药学本科生的专业核心能力。基于人才培养目标， “三类课堂” 通过实践训练实现“三级联动”：第一课堂开创“理实联动”贯穿式特色课程群建设，第二课堂搭建“科教联动”阶梯式实践教学体系，第三课堂拓展“产教联动”多元化校外实践空间，并进一步加强质量保证以实现有效培养。“三类课堂三级联动”的培养模式有利于破解当前教学困境、激发学员内生动力、保持军事药学特色，可为军队院校无军籍药学本科生培养提供借鉴。 |

| Under the background of military-civilian collaborative innovation，the cultivation of non-military undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy in military medical universities should reflect the differences from local colleges and universities. While laying a solid foundation in pharmacy，it should highlight the characteristics of talent cultivation in military academies and meet the needs of medical science and technology innovation. Through the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of non-military undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy，it was found that there were still deficiencies in aspects such as the curriculum teaching，practical teaching，and industry contact. Therefore，this paper proposes to explore the cultivation mode of“Three-type Classrooms and Three-level Linkage”to enhance the professional core competence of those students. Based on the talent cultivation goals，the“Three-type Classroom”achieved“Three-level Linkage”through practical training. First Class initiated the construction of an integrated“theory-practice linkage”characteristic curriculum system. Second Class built a stepwise“science-education linkage”practical teaching system. Third Class expanded a diversified“industry-education linkage”off-campus practice platform，and further strengthened quality assurance to realize the effective cultivation. This cultivation mode is beneficial to resolve the disconnection dilemma，stimulate students’intrinsic motivation，and preserve the characteristics of military pharmacy，thus providing a reference for the cultivation of non-military undergraduate students in other military academies. |
