| 军校博士研究生科技领导力培育对新质战斗力生成及军事科技自主创新能力提升至关重要。科技领导力测评能够反映当前军校博士研究生科技领导力总体状况和差异，发现存在的问题，为新时代军队院校培养新型作战力量人才提供依据和建议。本文运用扎根理论、德尔菲法、深度访谈等方法，构建了融合军事特色与科技前沿的科技领导力理论模型。研究结果表明，样本群体科技领导力总体处于中等偏上水平，但距离较高水平仍有差距。文章通过分析军校博士研究生科技领导力现状，从制度设计、组织建设、个人发展三个方面提出了具体的提升策略。 |
| Abstract: |
| The cultivation of scientific and technological leadership among doctoral candidates in military academies is crucial for generating new combat capabilities and enhancing independent innovation in military science and technology. Assessing scientific and technological leadership reflects the overall status and disparities among these candidates，identifies existing issues，and provides a basis for recommendations on cultivating new combat force talents in military academies in the new era. Employing grounded theory，the Delphi method，and in-depth interviews，a theoretical model of scientific and technological leadership integrating military characteristics with cutting-edge science and technology was constructed. Results indicate that the sample group’s scientific and technological leadership was generally above average but fell short of higher levels. By analyzing the current state of scientific and technological leadership among doctoral candidates in military academies，specific enhancement strategies are propsed across three aspects：institutional design，organizational development，and individual growth. |
