| 针对“舰艇武器系统效能分析”课程中思政教育碎片化、教学模式单一及评价体系偏重技术等现实问题，研究提出基于混合教学模式的课程思政教学设计框架，旨在实现专业知识传授与思政育人的深度融合。同时，通过构建“四维四层”理论框架，基于信息化平台赋能，提升学员专业能力和思政素养。首先，基于教学需求与学员特征分析，设计四维思政目标体系；其次，重构教学内容体系，挖掘知识点中蕴含的思政元素；最后，实施“三阶六步”混合教学路径，并结合形成性评价机制实现考核。实践表明，该教学设计能有效促进学员知识、能力与价值塑造的协同提升，可以为相关专业课程思政建设提供实践参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| Addressing the practical issues of fragmented ideological and political education，a single teaching model，and an evaluation system overly focusing on the technical aspects in the“Effectiveness Analysis of Shipborne Weapon System”course，this paper proposes a framework for curriculum ideological and political education teaching design based on a blended teaching model. The framework aims to achieve the deep integration of professional knowledge delivery and ideological-political education. A“Four-dimensional and Four-tier”theoretical framework was constructed and information platforms was used to enhance students’professional competence and ideological-political literacy. First，based on an analysis of military requirements and students’ characteristics，a four-dimensional ideological and political objective system was designed. Second，the teaching content system was restructured to excavate the ideological and political elements inherented in knowledge points. Finally，a“Three-stage and Six-step”blended teaching path was implemented，and formative assessment was conducted for evaluation. The practice demonstrates that this teaching design effectively promotes the synergistic improvement of students’knowledge，abilities，and value-shaping，providing a practical reference for the construction of ideological and political educoution in military professional courses. |
