| 聚焦“光电图像处理与目标识别”等光电信息类课程教学中存在的专业素养有待提升、为战导向需进一步强化、铸魂育人的深度和广度仍需拓展等结构性问题，本文提出以专业性、为战性、铸魂性“三性融合”为导向的新型教学模式。该模式通过重构“基础理论—技术前沿—装备应用”递进式知识链，设计“战场案例—应用战例—实践操作”实战化教学链路，创建浸润式铸魂育人路径，全面锤炼学员的科技素养、实战能力与政治忠诚。在教学实施中，本研究创新采用“5A”混合式教学模式，设计“知识建构—能力内化—素养生成”三阶教学流程，并构建强调“厚基础＋强能力”的多元评价体系，实现了教学从知识传授向能力生成的范式转型。实践表明，该模式的教学效果明显，可在研究生课程“光电惯性技术”等课程中推广应用，是成果导向教育理论在军事领域中的深化与应用。 |
| Abstract: |
| Focusing on the structural issues such as the need to further enhance professional literacy in Opto-Electronic Image Processing and Target Recognition courses，strengthen the combat-oriented guidance，and expand the depth and width of political education，this paper proposes a new teaching model oriented towards the integration of professionalism，combat-orientation，and soul-forging. Through reconstructing the progressive knowledge chain of“basic theory—technological frontier—equipment application”，designing the practical teaching link of“battlefield case—application examples—practical operation”，and creating an immersive political education path，the scientific literacy，combat capability，and political loyalty of trainees are systematically improved. In teaching implementation，the 5A blended teaching mode is innovated，the three-stage teaching process of“knowledge construction—ability internalization—literacy generation”is designed，and the multi-dimensional evaluation system of“solid foundation + strong capability” is constructed，realizing the paradigm shift from knowledge transmission to ability generation. Practice shows that this model has significant teaching effects and has been promoted and applied in postgraduate courses such as“Opto-Electronic Inertial Technology”，which is the deepening and application of the Outcome-Based Education theory in military field. |
