| 在为战育人背景下，军队院校开设的首次任职专业课程旨在培养生长军官的岗位适应能力，为其日后任职部队岗位打下坚实基础。为推动课程内容与岗位需求紧密衔接、强化创新能力培养、满足实战化体验需求，研究提出面向首次任职专业课的工作过程系统化课程开发方法，建立工作过程系统化课程开发框架，重构课程开发流程，通过典型课程教学案例简要说明该方法的应用和实施过程。实施效果表明，该课程开发方法有助于提升学员在实战背景下适应岗位任职需求、解决实际问题的能力。 |
| Abstract: |
| Under the background of war-oriented cadets cultivation，professional courses for the first post training in military academies directly aim to cultivate cadets’job adaptability and to lay a solid foundation for their future post. To intergrate course content with job requirements，strengthen cultivation of innovation ability，and realize combat-oriented experiential learning，a systematic curriculum development method based on work processes is explored for first post training. A framework for the method is established，and the curriculum development procedure is reconstructed. After that，the application and implementation process is briefly illustrated，with a typical course taken as an example. The results of the teaching case demonstrates that the proposed curriculum development method can effectively enhances cadet’ability to solve problems for the post requirements in real-combat contexts. |
