| West Point is famous in the world not only as a military academy but also for its outstanding leadership education. Firstly，the leadership education system of West Point is introduced from the admission requirement，the education goal，the education plan and the assessing system. Secondly，the basic experiences of the leadership education of West Point are summarized. Finally，the implications in leadership education are given. |
