| In order to further improve the quality of talent-cultivating and the running of a university,education reform has been carried forward actively in domestic high level universities recently.The basic measures include:stressing the strategic management and planning,giving prominence to the advantages and characteristics of running a university,persevering in essential development and focusing on the efficacy of running universities,furthering the reforms in education and teaching and improving the quality of talent-cultivating;promoting the innovation in the management system and perfecting the university administration;strengthening the university culture and playing the leading the role;carrying forward the development stratagem of internationalization to raise the standard of running a university. |
