| The leadership of the cadet is a crucial part of the management diathesis of the cadet. Reinforcing the cultivation of the leadership of the cadet is a new requirement that the world military revolution proposes for the military education. The leadership of the cadet comes from the purposive cultivation in the military academy and is the general name of the capability developed during the process. The capability includes the appeal ability, perspective ability, influence ability, decision-making ability, control ability, study ability and so on. |
