| Since the Reform,the guiding thought for the building-up military academies has undergone three historical changes.Mature principles and ideas of military academies has gradually taken shape.The framework of academies has been adjusted strategically five times.A new system of academy with Chinese characteristics has been established.The model of cultivating talents persons has changed from unity to multifarious-models,from relatively closed model to allround opening one.The new type of cultivating through various means has formed. |
