In recent years,many civillian colleges and universities have carried out job subsidy system,and got better results.How to formulate rules and regulations fit for military academy faculty is an important project of incentive mechanism.Based on new circumstances in building up the military academy faculty,the paper introduces the practice,exploration and effects of our college's job allowance system. |
