| <管理学>是一门实用性很强的科学,教学中既要让学生掌握理论,同时还要让学生学会应用.笔者在教学过程中开展了主题为"请同学们出期末考试卷"的情景模拟活动,从而将实践引入课堂,使学生在有限的教学时间内接触知识情境,为学生提供了一个真实的练兵场.通过这一教学实践,总结出情景模拟的特点和教学效果,提出在进行情景模拟教学中应把握的几个问题. |

| Since management is a practical science,the students must not only master theory,but also learn how to apply it.The author,in the teaching,carried out the activity titled "Students Set the Final-examination Paper Themselves".Thus practice was introducted into the classroom so that the students came into contact with the situation in limited teaching time.Through this teaching practice,the characteristics of simulation and the teaching effects are summed up,and the issues that should be mastered in leaching ... |
