| 依托普通高校为军队培养和造就大批军政兼优、掌握现代科学文化知识的新型军事人才,是军地双方开展人才建设和人才培养的新事业和新工程.本文总结了西安电子科技大学经过多年来探索形成的以育人为根本、以质量为生命、以特色求发展、培养具备综合素质的高层次电子信息类军事人才为目标的国防生"多元立体化"的培养模式,以期对地方院校进一步完善国防生人才培养模式提供启示与借鉴. |

| Cultivating the students for national defense by civilian institutions of higher education is a new entrprise and project.This paper summarizes the Xidian Univrsity's multi-dimensional clutivating model in order to provide reference to further improve the model of cultivating the students for national defense. |
