| The qualities and capabilities of the college leaders determine the orientation of the college development and influence the qualities of military talents in cultivation.Therefore,the college leaders should improve their capabilities of scientific development,controlling the direction of running the academy,the educational innovation and scientific management and knowing how to judge and use people so as to enhance cohesiveness and their influence to them. |
