| 任职教育院校运用"订单式"人才培养模式,能够充分利用院校、合作部队的各种教育资源,通过签订人才培养协议,可以共同制定人才培养方案、实时更新教学内容、灵活组织教学时间,从而实现院校、部队和学员三方利益的"共赢".院校通过建立调研论证机制、选拔淘汰机制、外部论证机制和长效运行机制,可以解决"订单式"培养中的"短视"行为,处理好与其他培养模式之间的关系,完善教学质量监控体系和学员弹性学分考评制度. |
