| To strengthen building up a contingent of faculty,we should firstly clarify their characteristics then have a definite object in view for regular ideological and administrative work.This paper analyses systematically the main features of the faculty in our university.Based on this,we offer several useful suggestions for the regular ideological and administrative work. |
