| Young teachers are very important force in teaching.Their teaching quality exerts direct influence on the teaching in the academy.In the light of the teaching supervision ,this article deals with the problems and strategies of the young teachers' classroom teaching quality,so as to provide some suggestions to improve their classroom teaching quality. |
