| 借鉴与吸收国外高校相关制度对推进我国当前博士研究生培养制度改革与探讨具有较为重要的意义和价值。本文结合笔者访问学习体会,阐述了英国的博士研究生主要是工科博士研究生的培养制度,包括入学方式、日常管理、课程学习与中期考核、论文评阅和答辩等环节,对照我国现行制度,从招生制度与淘汰机制、博士论文要求、评阅与答辩等方面总结了几点启示。 |
