| 当前军队院校围绕装备中级指挥任职培训学员的特点，努力尝试运用案例教学法组织教学活动。但在实际操作中，仍存在诸多不足，在一定程度上影响了学员最终的学习效果。只有充分掌握案例教学法的实施过程，积累足够的经典教学案例，在课堂上正确引导，才能提高学员的主动性、积极性，训练他们的推理判断能力和分析解决问题的能力，推进装备中级指挥专业任职教育教学质量的逐步提升。 |
