| Academic education and joint-training students are the main source of the junior commanding officers in our army.They will be the backbone of the army development and commanding.The training quality of the students has much to do with the quality of the army development.This article probes into the graduation practice in the following five aspects: the necessities,position,practice content,teaching staff,and performance assessment,and gives some useful advice finally. |
