| 在教学过程中反映出的各种不足和问题，可以主要归根于课堂设计的问题。在深入调研课堂教学效果的基础上，重点剖析了课堂设计的问题，结合对现代学习理论与认知规律的研究，总结了行为主义、认知主义和建构主义三种学习理论的特点和差异，指出了课堂设计与现代学习理论中情景设计的密切相关性，并提出了按现代学习理论指导课堂设计的方法和要点，同时进一步提出了不同类型层次人才培养的教学策略。 |
