      分析了美国三军军官学校本科教育的基本情况,总结出三所军官学校人才培养的六个主要特点:牢牢把握培养领导者的核心使命,培养目标具体明确;着力培养学员的领导能力,教育计划系统科学;大力实施通识教育基础上的专业教育,专业设置文理兼顾;有机融合科学文化教育和军事体育训练,课程体系宽广厚实;有力保证人才培养质量,规章制度健全有效;高度重视师资队伍建设,教员队伍素质优良,以期对我军院校发展本科教育提供有益的借鉴
Abstract:
      In order to offer useful reference for developing the undergraduate education in China’s military academies,the state of undergraduate education in the United States military academies is analyzed.Their six major characteristics of talent cultivation are summarized and presented as follows the specific target of nurturing future leaders,the systemic and scientific educational programs which focus on developing the cadet’s leadership,implementing the professional education based on general education and offering the specialties combining humanities with sciences,the curriculum system with rich content which merges technology and literacy education with military physical training,the sound and effective regulations and systems,and the outstanding faculty with high academic and teaching level.
