      为提高课程教学效果,培养学员综合能力,创新性提出并在军校本科课程中开展“学员十分钟课堂实践”活动。从课前准备、课堂实施、课后巩固等三个阶段阐述了该教学方法的全过程,然后详细剖析了该教学方法的优点,最后就为何选用十分钟、学员在实践活动过程中的心理变化与化解、学员收集资料实现了教与学的双赢等几个方面做了思考,该教学方法可为其他本科课程教学提供借鉴。
Abstract:
      In order to improve the teaching effectiveness and cultivate the comprehensive capability of the cadets the teaching method of ten-minute practice in class is put forward and practiced in the undergraduate courses in the military academy.The three steps of pre-class preparation,for the course class practice and after-class review are expounded.The merits of the method are analyzed in detail.Finally,the three points,including the reason to choose ten minutes,the cadets’ psychological change and its resolution during the course of the practice and the cadet collecting the teaching data obtain the realizes win-win result between teaching and learning,are considered.The proposed teaching method can be used as reference for other undergraduate courses.
