      实践教学作为强化理论教学效果的重要形式,是培养大学生创新思维能力、动手操作能力的重要渠道,也是进一步拓展大学生职业核心能力的平台。人力资源管理是一门应用导向性和实践操作性很强的学科,学科的性质和特点对实践教学环节提出了较高的要求。本文总结了人力资源管理课程实践教学的做法与经验,融入情境学习理论的教学理念和教学策略,提出了一套以人力资源管理课程知识模块为线索,以知识模块教学内容和教学目的为核心,多种实践教学方法相结合的实践教学方案。
Abstract:
      Practice teaching as an important form to strengthen theory teaching is the important channel through which the students’ innovative thinking ability and operating ability are cultivated.It is also the platform to develop further the college students’ occupational core ability.Human resource management is an application-oriented and intensive practical course.Because of its nature and characteristic higher requirements on practical teaching are put forward.Summarizing the practice and experience of the course of human resource management and using the teaching concept and strategy of situational learning theory,this article puts forward a practical teaching plan with a variety of practical teaching methods,using the module of knowledge as a clue and the knowledge module,teaching contents and teaching objective as the core.
