      《军队管理学基础理论》是面向初级指挥学员开设的一门基础课程,对于学员的未来任职十分重要。这门课程既有很强的理论性,更注重管理实践,其课程性质和特点决定了传统单一的笔试考核方式不利于人才的培养。为此,课程组对旧的考核方式进行了探索性改革。作者结合课程考核改革的实践体会,介绍了改革的基本情况,分析了改革后考核的新特点,总结了改革取得的成效和存在的问题,以期为深化课程改革和提高教学质量提供有益的探索。
Abstract:
      The Basic Army Management Theory is a basic course for the junior command cadets.It is very important for the cadets’ future work.This course is strongly theoretical and emphasizes management practice.Its nature and characteristics decided that the traditional way of only written assessment is unfavourable to personnel training.Therefore,our course group has an exploratory reform of the old way of examination.Based on the experience of the reform of course examination,the authors introduce the basic state of the reform,analyze the new characteristics of the examination after the reform,and summarize the results achieved and the existing problems,in order to further the curriculum reform and improve the quality of teaching.
