      牛津大学奉行"精英主义"办学理念,以独特的学院制和导师制为其一流人才培养模式。在我国高等教育根据"卓越计划"推行卓越人才培养的过程中,实施本科生导师制已是必然。分析牛津大学的导师制度,认为我国高校应当在自主招生与本科优异生选拔、导师选聘与因材施教、课堂教学与导师辅导、后勤保障与制度完善等方面给予重点关注。
Abstract:
      Oxford University fosters the elite relying on her special collegiate system and bachelor tutor system.Nowadays in our higher educational institutions,Talent Program is put into practice and the bachelor tutor system implemented widely.Through the comprehensive analysis of the bachelor tutor system in Oxford University,we think that more attention should be paid to the following issues such as independent enrolment,outstanding undergraduate selection,tutor employment,teaching in accordance with the students’ aptitude,classroom teaching,the tutor’s coaching,logistic guarantee and regulation perfection.
