| Abstract: |
| Based on the system establishment of the psychological service in national university of defense technology,this paper first makes an objective analysis of the inadequacies and shortcomings in the current system and then builds the three-tier pyramidal psychological service system.Moreover,it makes detailed descriptions in the key technological issues of the three-tier pyramidal system such as working scope and staff,and makes a careful investigation of the concrete construction in each tier. |
