| The buildup of military skill-teacher contigent is an fundamental project,concerning the cultivation of both military-talent and national-defence modernization.It’s of great importance to strengthen the buildup of skill-teacher contigent and foster their noble character of devotion and dedication.Arouse the teachers’ enthusiasm by establishing and perfecting the system.Improve the teacher’s quality and enhance their’s energy and stamina during the development of the three-contigents.It will lay a solid foundation for training the new-type and high quality military talents. |
