      从渡河指挥专业初级指挥人才任职特点和素质能力结构入手,对“合训分流”人才培养的基本理念、两类院校功能定位、两个教育阶段衔接及培养模式运行机制建设等方面进行了一些思考。
Abstract:
      In order to improve the training quality,the career characteristics and the quality and ability structure of the river - crossing commanding talents were analyzed in detail. Then reseached were the main key points of the basic concept of talents cultivating,the functional positioning of two kinds of colleges and the connection of two education stages,and put forword were several advices for transformation.
