| 分析了我军对国防MBA人才的岗位需求与国防MBA人才的能力需求，在此基础上，建立了国防MBA人才的岗位一能力需求矩阵，根据上述岗位一能力需求矩阵，结合全国MBA教育指导委员会对MBA教育课程体系的要求，参考国外著名军校——美国海军研究生院的国防MBA课程体系，分析设计了适合我军现代化建设需要的MBA课程体系。 |
| Abstract: |
| The paper firstly analyzes the posts requiring the defense MBA. Secondly，it analyzes the capability for the defense MBA in terms of the post above. Based on the results above，it ereates the post - eapability matrix of the defense MBA. Finally，based on the post - capability matrix，considering the MBA eourse system requirement from China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee，and referring to the defense MBA course system of Naval Postgraduate School，it designs a defense MBA course system plan whieh is to meet the needs of Chinese army’s modernization construetion. |
