| 研究军事教育与国民教育融合式培养军事人才问题，既是对世界军事教育发展趋势的主动适应，也是加强我军军事人才队伍建设的迫切需要。军民教育融合式军事人才培养发展状况备受研究者关注，形成了许多具有较强指导意义的研究成果，主要集中于军民教育融合式军事人才培养的历史进程、影响因素、制度建设以及模式和途径等方面，对于建立和完善我国军民融合的军事人才培养体系，提高军事人才培养质量效益具有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。 |
| Abstract: |
| In order to proactively adapt ourselves to the world military education development，it is essential for us to reinforce the construction of military talents and to research and solve the problems from the perspective of the integration of military and civilian education. In recent years，a lot of instructive studies came up，focusing on the establishment and development，influential factors，system construction and cultivation modes of the integration of military and civilian education. What we research is of great theoretical value and practical significance for constructing and perfecting the military talents fostering system with military - civilian education integration and improving the talent - fostering quality. |
